Event comments

The Kickoff Walk will follow the Spring Membership There will be a kick-off walk in conjunction with the Spring Meeting. Registration for the walk will be at approximately 11:00 AM following the meeting. The walk will be free to BHVA members whose dues are paid for 2024 and who attend the meeting. $4.00 for all others. Walkers will drive to the start point at the sundial in Sioux Park and follow the bike path to Canyon Lake and back. There will be a 5k option. Doug Kapaun is the co-POC for this event. Driving to the start

Canyon Lake Activity Center, 2900 Canyon Lake Dr., Rapid City, S.D.From downtown Rapid City take W. Main Street to Baken Park. Turn Left onto Mountain View Road, then turn right onto Canyon Lake Drive to Canyon Lake Activity Center on your right. Look for the yellow BHVA Volksmarch sign.
