Event comments
Enjoy a walk through the woods along the Sequalitchew Creek as the trail follows the former DuPont Rail Line down to the Sound. Remnants of the old Power Works Dock are visible at the beach from which you can sometimes see seals and porpoises. On a clear day, you can see views of the Olympic Mountains in the distance. The paved/ gravel trail is rated 1A. The 10K walk adds a loop through DuPont town and winds between the historic Hudson Bay site and an old apple orchard before ending back at the starting point.

100 Barksdale Ave. Northbound or Southbound I-5: Take exit #119 and follow signs to DuPont. The start point is 1/10 of a mile fom I-5. You will drive to walk start after signing in and signing the waiver.
