M-Sat 5am-6pm. Sun 6am-5pm. Closed New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Walk Box is under the right-hand counter near restroom. The 10K Placer County Museum Walk will take you by three museums maintained by Placer County. The museums are open six days per week (closed Mondays) from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Docents are available at each museum to show you around.

Driving to the start box
340-C Elm, Auburn, CA 95603. From Sacramento, I-80 E, exit at Elm (#119C) in Auburn. Turn right, go over I-80 to first light. Turn right into Auburn Town Ctr. Flour Garden Bakery on right past Wells Fargo Bank. From I-80 W, (from East of Auburn) exit Elm (#119C). At light, proceed into Auburn Town Ctr. Flour Garden Bakery on right.
