On the 5K walk you will pass the historic Father Dickson Cemetery and the Thomas Sappington House Museum.The 10K walk, in addition, will pass the U. S. Grant Historic Site and Grant's Farm.

Driving to the start box
GRAVOIS GREENWAY TRAILHEAD: Exit I-44 at Exit 278 for Big Bend Rd. If you are coming from the EAST, turn left on Big Bend Rd. If you are coming from the WEST, turn right on Big Bend Rd. Immediately turn left at S. Holmes Ave. After passing the Oak Bend County Library, the street curves to the right to Melshire Ave. Immediately turn left from Melshire Ave. to the Gravois Greenway Trailhead park shelter on your left.
