Driving to the start
Hannaford Plaza parking Lot, 474 Sand Creek Rd, Colonie, NY 12205. From the North: I-87 (Adirondack Northway) South to Exit 4 (Rte 155W Albany Airport), turn left on Wolf Rd/NY 155/County Highway 153, Turn left onto Albany Shaker Rd/County Highway 151, turn right onto Wolf Rd. Turn right on Sand Creek Rd into the Hannaford parking lot. From the South: NYS Thruway North to exit 24, thru toll, merge on to I-87 North via Exit 1N toward Montreal. Take Exit 2E to Wolf Rd. Turn right on Sand Creek Rd into the Hannaford parking lot. From the East and West: Route 5 to Wolf Rd. Turn left on Sand Creek Rd into the Hannaford parking lot.
