Event comments
This event is part of the Stevens Pass to Leavenworth multi-day walking and biking event. There are three separate bike routes to choose from or you may ride all three for credit. From the Lake Wenatchee Rec Club parking lot (the event headquarters), one bike route goes along Lake Wenatchee and another bike route goes to the small community of Plain and back. The third begins in Leavenworth and goes up the scenic Icicle Gorge USFS Road. All three routes are on paved county roads and state highways that have some traffic from recreationists and locals who live in the area.

Event information
The 2 lane paved roads that you ride on are not main highways but they have some traffic from recreationists and locals who live in the area. Bring water as this time of year can be very warm even though it is early fall. Cell phones will not work in some places on this event.
