Rated: 1A. There are 2 - 5k loops, all on pavement. One loop goes through Smith Park, bordering Middletown Regional Airport and continues through neighborhoods and downtown. You will pass by the annual light display through Smith Park. The historic loop goes past the Sorg Mansion, through neighborhoods, as well as downtown and by the old railroad station which has been turned into a quaint boutique. Trail is suitable wagons & strollers, but wheelchairs may have some difficulty as not all curbs are cut to accomodate.

Middletown YMCA, 1020 Manchester Avenue, Middletown, Ohio 45042.Directions: From I-75 north or south, take Exit #32 Middletown (Rt 122). At fork/split, stay left on Roosevelt Street to Manchester Street and turn left. Follow Manchester to YMCA.
