Event comments
A music store & other music venues are downtown on Fourth St on the 10k route, but Montgomery Village on both routes has various musical events. See www.mvshops.com . A clock tower is visible across Courthouse Square at the old Empire Building, now Hotel E on the 10k. Possible Selfie with Lucy on the bench near the public library at 4th & E St on 10k. City Hall is across from Burbank Gardens at 100 Santa Rosa Ave. A fee is required to enter the actual Burbank home, but the surrounding gardens are free. Release dates for Pliny the Younger create long lines outside Russian River Brewing Company on the 10k! Cemetery guide and Village directory is available in the walk box. On your return meander through the open air Montgomery Village shopping center with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Event information
Open 6am-11pm Mon-Thurs, 6am to midnight Fri-Sun. Walk box is at the Service Desk. If not on counter, ask for help. $4 for all walkers. Call (707) 542-3214 for holiday hours.The walk is on city sidewalks and paths that wander into city parks and historic neighborhoods with spectacular gardens and architecture. Highlights include Doyle Park, Luther Burbank Home & Gardens, Old Courthouse Square, the historic McDonald Ave neighborhood, You thought this was Wine Country! It's Beer Country, too!!

Driving to the start box
915 Village Ct (near its previous location), Santa Rosa, CA 95405, in Montgomery Village. From N/S on Hwy 101, take Hwy 12 E to Farmers. Left on Farmers (still Hwy 12). Right on Patio (Carls Jr on corner). Enter parking lot left. From E take Hwy 12, left on Farmers (still Hwy 12). Left on Patio. Enter parking lot to Lucky Market. Please park away from the store.
