Event information
Historic route traverses Minute Man Nat'l Historical Park, North Bridge, Concord Museum, Emerson House, Concord & Sudbury Rivers, Colonial Inn, & Old Manse. Orchard House loop visits Louisa May Alcott's house, residential neighborhoods, and quaint downtown Concord's many unique shops. The 10km route is comprised of two 5km loops. An optional 1.5km loop through Sleepy Hollow Cemetery and an optional 1.7km to Authors' Houses can extend the North Bridge loop making 5, 6, 7, or 8km distances possible. Adding the Orchard House 5km loop makes 10, 11, 12, or 13km distances possible.

Driving to the start box
71 Lowell Rd, Concord, MA 01742, 978-369-5695. Mon-Sat: 8 AM-8 PM, Sun: 9 AM-8 PM. Restrooms at Concord Market next to Walgreens or at Concord Visitor Center. From North or South: I-95 to exit 46B, Rt. 2A W Concord. See ** From East: Rt 2 West to exit 127B; I-95 North to exit 46B, Rt 2A W Concord. See ** ** STRAIGHT at 1st and 2nd traffic lights. RIGHT on Lexington Rd. STRAIGHT at rotary toward Colonial Inn. LEFT in front of Colonial Inn and RIGHT on Lowell Rd. Enter parking lot on left for Millbrook Tarry/Concord Market/Walgreens Plaza. From West: Rt 2 to LEFT on Rt 62 East. After Sudbury Rd joins on the left, LEFT onto Keyes Rd. (cemetery on corner). After ½ mile, RIGHT into parking lot for Millbrook Tarry/Concord Market/Walgreens Plaza.
