There is a State of Oregon Parks fee of $10.00. A machine is available if a daily pass is needed for the cost of $10.00 by the Visitor Center building. ESVA - Discover your Parks

Driving to the start

8239 Champoeg Rd NE St. Paul OR. From I-5 take exit 278 West on Ethen Road NE Drive 3.5 miles and RIGHT on Case Road. Drive 2.3 miles and Right into Champoeg State Park. Immediately turn right into the Visitor Center parking lot to park. Do Not Go Downhill. A Oregon State Parks pass is required. If you do not have a Oregon State Park pass then you will need to purchase a $10.00 daily pass from the machine by the walkway entrance to the visitor center and place it in your vehicle so it can be seen by the state park rangers. Placement on the dashboard of your vehicle is best, so it's visible.
