The captivating natural beauty of this land was originally discovered by Juan Ponce de Leon nearly 500 years ago when he explored it and named the region "Pascua de Florida". Woven into this beautiful natural setting along the west bank of Florida's Intracoastal Waterway are a variety of homes; an abundance of amenities; and a town center. The community was designed with environmental integrity and rich architectural detailing, The 2,350-acre master-planned community offers a full-spectrum of home sites plus ancillary retail and office opportunities along with more than 33 acres of parks, trails, including an extraordinary boardwalk trail about 7/10 mile to a fishing pier on the Tolomato River.

Fee for all walkers is $4 or use the FCTF Punch Card.Please apply or bring along insect repellant. No Restrooms on either route. Prior to heading to the Start Point, stop at Palencia Park at 355 Palencia Village Dr. Park in the 1st school parking lot on left. Restrooms are in the park across the way.

Driving to the start

The start point is located in the parking lot just past 154 South End St. Take US1/Phillips Highway south toward St. Augustine. Turn left on Palencia Village Dr. Continue on Palencia Village Dr. to the last street on the left just prior to the guard shack.
