A walk, starting at a unique bakery and café, takes you through sections of the Quarry Market Shopping Center and by other businesses and cafes; along the Quarry Golf Course; by churches; and, through beautiful residential areas in San Antonio, Tx.

Event information

There is water and restrooms at the Start/Finish, Corner Bakery and Cafe, and sometimes along the trail. Water will be available at the checkpoints. Dogs must be leashed, and you must pick up after. They will not be allowed into businesses along the route. There are no free walkers.

Driving to the start

Starting Point: The Corner Bakery Cafe at Lincoln Heights, Alamo Quarry Market Shopping Center, 225 E. Basse Road, San Antonio, Tx 78209. From Downtown San Antonio, go North on Hwy 281; take the Basse East Rd. Exit and turn RIGHT. Then turn left onto Jones-Maltsberger Rd. Corner Bakery Cafe is on the RIGHT at the end of the shopping center. Traveling South on 281; take Jones-Maltsberger exit and turn LEFT. Turn RIGHT onto E. Basse Rd. Take third entrance RIGHT before Hwy 281. Corner Bakery Cafe is on the RIGHT at the end of the shopping center.
