Event comments

Enjoy this very popular park in Everett Forest Park, where you can spend the day after this walk with a picnic and BBQ, playing on the basketball/pickellball, or tennis sports courts, and enjoying the water playground. This hidden gem starts the walk with a trail to Mukilteo Blvd, then to Howarth Park, descending down a circular stairwell to the beach and Pigeon Creek Trail where you could see Herons, eagles, and osprey. Return will pass the Everett Library and neighborhoods.

Event information

Restrooms at start and at Everett Library. Plenty of parking. Start table will be at picnic table next to first parking lot. Even though there is a low tide, the beach farther out by the water, is muddy and soft, and we do not recommended to walk on it. Also, the walk crosses Pigeon Creek is accessible with the help of boards and rocks. We recommend walking sticks for this.
