Great Council State Park Visitors Center 1587 US Route 68 North, Xenia OH 45385. From Xenia take US Route 68 North. Continue to Old Town. Great Council State Park is on the Left immediately upon entering Old Town. From I-70, turn Left onto US Route 68. Go through Yellow Springs and Old Town to the Great Council State Park Visitors Center on the Right..
