Event comments
The Bray School is the A-Award house for the day walk. We recommend ordering early, as these are very popular and go quickly! The Quality Inn & Suites is offering special room rates or $84 plus tax per night for a double queen bed room. Total cost with taxes is $96.08 per night. To make a reservation at the reduced rate, call (757) 229-4100 and mention the Peninsula Pathfinders' group. After 1 Oct 2025, the special rate is not guaranteed.

Event information
The day walk (10/11 KM) trail will be through Colonial Williamsburg with a small bit of the College of William & Mary, primarily along city streets and sidewalks. The 5 KM trail is primarily in the colonial area. Colonial Williamsburg is decorated for Christmas, so walkers can enjoy the decorations, including this year's award winners. NOTE: This walk is different from the regular Colonial Williamsburg YRE, but may go by some of the same places. Finish by 4 PM.

Driving to the start
351 York St, Williamsburg, VA. From the north: Take I-64 to Exit 238 "Camp Peary/Colonial Williamsburg" to VA 143. At the top of the ramp, turn RIGHT on VA 143E to the junction with Rte 5. Continue straight on Rte 5 for about 2.1 miles to York St/US 60E. Turn LEFT and continue about 0.1 miles to the Quality Inn & Suites on your left. FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-64 to Exit 242A Williamsburg toward Williamsburg on VA 199 W (Humelsine Pkwy). Drive about 1.1 miles to the exit for US 60. At the bottom of the ramp, turn LEFT onto US 60W for about 1.9 miles. The Quality Inn & Suites is on your right.
