Paddle the calm, scenic waters of Little Bay and experience Rockport's coastal beauty from a different perspective. Participants may choose between a shorter 2.66 km (1.65-mile) route or a longer 4.35 km (2.7-mile) route. Both routes offer opportunities to enjoy waterfront views, refreshing bay breezes, and local coastal wildlife.This beginner-friendly recreational paddle is designed to be completed within approximately two hours and is not a race. Participants should bring their own kayak or paddle craft, paddle, properly fitted personal flotation device, drinking water, sun protection, and other necessary safety equipment. All participants must follow event safety instructions and respect local wildlife and shoreline habitats.The event is subject to safe weather and water conditions. Route adjustments, delays, or cancellation may occur if conditions are unfavorable. Start early and enjoy a memorable morning on Little Bay!

Driving to the start

From State Highway 35 in Rockport, turn east onto E. Laurel Street. Continue toward Rockport Beach. The start table will be at 1495 E. Laurel St., before the Rockport Beach entrance.
