Nestled amid the rolling hills of agriculturally rich northern Lancaster County, downtown Ephrata is a quaint blend of old and new. Cars, busses, and horse and buggies share a wide Main Street that has been 20th Century "streetscaped" with brick sidewalks, old fashioned lamp posts, and benches. Buildings dating back a hundred years and more are filled with rustic shops and cafes.

Eastern Woodland Native American Museum & Learning Center at the Eicher Sisters Cabin. America's Veterans - Dick Winters Memorial Monument. the 10k includes part of a rail trail. There is no fee for Guest walkers or children under 12. The Rovers pay these fees. The start point is at a high point of the town.

Driving to the start box
Hampton Inn & Suites, 380 E Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522 --- At intersection of Main St and Spring Garden St. From US 30 in Lancaster: Take US 222 north 10 miles to Ephrata exit (US 322). Turn left toward Ephrata, travel 1.5 miles to the top of the hill, turn right onto Spring Garden, and then left into the Hampton Inn (717-733-0661) parking lot.
