Event comments
William Winchester purchased approximately 167 acres of land called White's Level in 1754 which became known as the city of Winchester. The Maryland General Assembly later changed it to Westminster.On the 5k trail, you will see the Westminster downtown area as well as McDaniel College.On the 10k trail you will see the Westminster downtown area, McDaniel College, a small suburb of Westminster, and the Westminster Cemetery.

Event information
The Seneca Valley Sugarloafers charges all participants over 12 a $4 fee.There is a small amount of parking at the City Hall building, which has priority parking for Council Members during meeting times.There is additional parking on Longwell Ave on either before or after the City Hall.
