Event information
Daily start 6am-6pm. Start box at registration desk. No pets allowed in Rod N Reel Resort. They are allowed on trails. Owners must clean up after pets. The trail is on roads, sidewalks & boardwalks with views of bay on walk. The 10K trail has more hills, including one steep downhill section. Fee for IVV credit or non-IVV is $4.00. Children 12 and under walk for free (IVV-credit included) courtesy of Freestate Happy Wanderers.

This event also has a physical start box. These are the driving directions:
4165 Mears Ave, 20732. (410) 257-5596. From I-495/I-95 (DC) - Take exit 11, Rt 4 S. Just before Calvert County line, exit right to Rt 260. Proceed to Chesapeake Beach. When Rt 260 intersects Rt 261, at light, turn RIGHT to next traffic light, turn LEFT to Mears. Rod N Reel Resort is at the end of the street. Park in the parking garage. PLEASE obey all local parking restrictions. From Baltimore I-695 - Take I-97/Rt 3/Rt 301 corridor S to Rt 4, near Upper Marlboro. Go South on Rt 4 and proceed as above.
