Event comments
Cabin John Park offers over four miles of natural surface trails and approximately two miles of hard surface trails. The very popular Cabin John Stream Valley Trail begins at Goya Drive and extends south to Cabin John Local Park. Unless noted otherwise on the map, trails marked "Natural Surface" and "Hard Surface" are "Shared by All" trails which include hikers, bikers, and equestrians.There are two trails. The 10k is a mix of sidewalks and natural surface trails. The 5k is mostly natural surface trails.

Event information
If you can't find the "Start Box", please ask the person at the counter. The Seneca Valley Sugarloafers charges all participants over 12 a $4 fee. Children 12 and under walk for free (IVV-credit included) courtesy of the Sugarloafers. The Indoor mall trail (5/10km - rated 1A). Outdoor trail through Cabin John Park (5/10km - rated 2C); a natural trail with many hills & exposed tree roots.

Take I-270 to Exit 1 (Democracy Blvd.) West. RIGHT at Westlake Dr. RIGHT at Westlake Terrace; RIGHT at 1st entrance to the mall. Park near the Cheesecake Factory (Entrance 5). Use Entrance 5 and walk to the end of the corridor. LEFT to the first corridor on left. LEFT to Yogi Castle Frozen Yogurt Shop.
