Event comments
Convention Center open 8-4 PM Monday through Friday, may be open Saturday, 9-3 CLOSED on Sundays. Also closed all Federal Holidays, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Christmas. Ask for box at counter. If you plan to do the event on a weekend, the use of the OSB is recommended.NO DOGS are allowed on the boardwalk between May 1 and September 30. Normally there is adequate parking at the Convention Center. But for very large events there the parking lot may fill up. If concerned, the website is ocmdconventioncenter.com. Fee for IVV credit or non-IVV is $4.00. Children 12 and under walk for free (IVV credit included) courtesy of Freestate Happy Wanderers. If you phone the POC, please leave a detailed message, and she will return your call ASAP.

Event information
The 5 and 10 Km trails are out and back on the Boardwalk along the Atlantic Ocean beach front. The 12 Km trail makes a loop going out along Synepuxent Bay and returns the entire length of the Boardwalk. An alternate 5 K trail starts at the south end of the Boardwalk and requires a 3 mile drive from the Convention Center.The trails are flat, at sea level, mostly along paved sidewalks and the Boardwalk. Ask for box at counter (south end of bldg). Water and restrooms are available at the Start and seasonally along the Boardwalk. Food and drinks may be purchased at establishments along the way.
