Event comments

The walk starts at The National Women's Hall of Fame parking lot (Hall is not on the walk unless you make a separate reservation). The Women's Rights National Historical Park, It's a Wonderful Life Movie Museum, Elizabeth Cady Stanton's Home, New York State Barge Canal Cayuga-Seneca Lock 2 and walks along the Cayuga-Seneca Canal, and through Seneca Falls downtown. Contact each location as visiting hours/procedures are limited. Note in December there is a festival in Seneca Falls dedicated to the It's a Wonderful Life movie. Check the town website for details. Attend if you can stand the snow in December. Visitors Center for the town at 89 Fall Street is open Daily 10-4, 12-4 on Sunday in general and has restrooms. Event information

Parking at the start is free. Book a visit to the National Women's Hall of Fame/there are rest rooms in the Hall. Both courses are on city streets. Sidewalks are old and broken in some places, not handicapped friendly. There are several stretches of road without sidewalks, but there is limited traffic in these areas-use caution. There are two sets of stairs and a 200 meters gravel road, which can be avoided (see the directions).
