Event comments
NO DOGS are allowed on the boardwalk between May 1 and September 30. Water and restrooms are available at the Start and seasonally along the Boardwalk. Food and drinks may be purchased at establishments along the way. Normally there is adequate parking at the Convention Center. But for very large events there the parking lot may fill up. If concerned, the website is ocmdconventioncenter.com. Fee for IVV credit or non-IVV is $4.00. Children 12 and under walk for free (IVV credit included) courtesy of Freestate Happy Wanderers. If you phone the POC, please leave a detailed message, and she will return your call ASAP.

Event information
Convention Center open 8-4 Monday through Friday, may be open Saturday 9-3. CLOSED on Sundays, all Federal Holidays, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. The route will be on streets, alleys, parking lots and the Boardwalk. The trail is flat with the only incline/decline on and off the Boardwalk. Biking on the boardwalk is limited during the summer. From Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, you may bike between 2:00 am - Noon. From Tuesday after Labor Day to Friday before Memorial Day you may bike anytime except during Springfest and Sunfest, then 2:00 am - Noon.
