Bike along the Indian Creek trail. The trail is 63k long and if you go to the east you can cross into Missouri for a border crossing. Many trailheads to start at.

Walk in all three local jurisdictions on one trail and get great views of each shoreline and DC from the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. You can start this event from either the MD or VA side of the bridge

Pass through Philly Historic District, then scenic views from the Ben Franklin Bridge, going to Camden NJ, through the Rutgers Univ. campus and along scenic river front to the Battleship New Jersey.

The Circuit is a vast network of inter-connected trails in the Greater Philadelphia area. The plan is to have about 800 miles of connected trails when completed. Many of these trails are already open.

Great Allegheny Passage, a 150-m. almost level crushed limestone path that soars over valleys, snakes around mountains, & goes alongside the Casselman, Youghiogheny, & Monongahela Rivers.

The trail is 97K in length and runs from Nine Mile Falls, WA to Higgins Point on Lake Coeur d'Alene in Idaho. Pick a trailhead and ride the distance you desire.

Walk through Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho on this paved trail along the Spokane River and the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene. You can start at any of the trailheads listed.

Historic walk through hilly wooded dirt and gravel trails of Leesylvania State Park. Birthplace of Henry "Lighhorse Harry" Lee, III, cavalry commander for Washington with major role in 1781 events.

Thae 10K walk goes from the trailhead in Railroad south through New Freedom to the Mason Dixon Line at the Maryland border. The 5K turns around in New Freedom.

Walk in Historic Yuma, walk in Arizona, walk in California, and walk in the Quechan Nation. Cross the Colorado River on the oldest bridge south of the Grand Canyon.

A high plains border town! Come explore the scenery of the Cimarron National Grasslands, where roughly thirty-three miles of the Historic Santa Fe Trail crossed acres of high-elevation prairie.

Anderson features old buildings and architecture and many art installations. There are 24 Wrens bronze statues roosting downtown - find them. Anderson University Historic District is park like.
