Albany's many historic buildings along the walk will give you a glimpse of how people lived over the years. The much more modern art and architecture are on display at the Empire State Plaza.

A favorite Albany walk. The halfway point pausing at the Historic Carousel to see the hand carved animals that are the carousel. Tour the basement, watch them carve, then enjoy a ride on the carousel.

5k/10k routes through Ashland with serene landscapes, historic architecture, and trains that rumble through downtown. You will also pass through the beautiful campus of Randolph-Macon College.

Enjoy the best of downtown Austin, both old and new. See historic buildings on Congress Avenue and view the scenic State Capitol grounds. 11k route also includes the University of Texas campus.

Bedford is known as the Limestone Capital of the World. This walk showcases how Bedford has used its limestone in our nation's landmarks locally in our cemeteries, grand homes, and businesses.

Walk through the small borough (8,000 folks) of Camp Hill mostly using the Goddard Hiking Trail (actually a walking trail). Downtown area includes several eating places.

You will walk along the beautiful and popular Los Gatos Creek recreational trail. A dog park, water birds, a lot to see! Restaurants abound in the quaint center of Campbell. A nice place to stroll.

A favorite coastal town, small and delightful, with views of the beach and ocean. The paths are beyond what the tourists see.

Walk the "Walkway Over the Hudson" Pedestrian Bridge spanning the Hudson River. The 10K route includes downtown Poughkeepsie, and returns you to the Start Point via the Mid-Hudson (FDR) Bridge.

Great Allegheny Passage, a 150-m. almost level crushed limestone path that soars over valleys, snakes around mountains, & goes alongside the Casselman, Youghiogheny, & Monongahela Rivers.

Three walks: South Shore Riverfront Park (5 and 11K); North Shore Riverfront Park and the Point (5K); North Shore Riverfront Park and Herr's Island (11K).

Walk has 2 five km routes. The east route goes along the Columbia River & into residential areas. The west route goes into a shopping mall & along the Columbia River. Great views on the river.

Walk through a uniqely laid out neighborhood with huge shade trees, historic homes & traffic circles with rose gardens. You will see on both routes some very small statues placed on rocks.Peace Pole

Walk will take you to the Fogelbo House and its nice restaurant. Behind the house is the "Ole Bolle Troll" in all his wonder!

Walk through Quakertown, originally known as Richland and the Great Swamp. This Bucks County town was a stopover for coaches traveling between Allentown and Philadelphia. There is a lot to see here.

Enjoy a walk that includes historic Victorian homes, the historic State Capitol, the Governor's Mansion and the Historic Oakwood Cemetery.

Walk through N.C. State's campus and historic Pullen Park, which features a carousel built in 1911 and a statue for Sheriff Andy and Opie from "The Andy Griffith Show."

The trail transverses the picturesque village of Rhinebeck. As you tour the village, you will see a collection of varying architectural styles from late 18th through the early 20th century.

Walk through the heart of Monument Avenue's Historic District along a tree lined boulevard passing grand homes and churches.

Route includes affluent and shady residential areas of Arden Park and Arden Oaks. Both walks include a "nature trail" option.

Enjoy the tree-lined streets of Elmhurst, one of Sacramento's older neighborhoods with homes from small and quaint to large and stately.

This walk includes sites along the Old Chisholm Trail, an interesting museum with artifacts from the original Native American residents, lots of historic homes, and a sculpture garden.

This popular walk will take you on paths along waterways to Riverfront Park bordering Willamette River. The State Capitol, Willamette Univ and the attractive Veterans Memorials are on both routes.

Walk goes through two NE Salem historic residential neighborhoods north of State Capitol with street murals & remodeled Herbert Hoover house. 10K has OR School for Blind & 2K Fairgrounds option.
